When I say that I mastered the rail system in Zurich on my first attempt and haven't yet gotten lost, any one who knows me will conclude that it must be one of the easiest and most efficient in the world. And it is. This is a photo of the main station, and yes, the air is so cold that the water from the fountain has frozen in place. I wear all my clothes all the time. Underneath the station is a shopping mall, and as I found out today, the only place that is open on Sundays. I walked around for three hours before finally discovering an Italian import store with a gluten free heaven. GF bread, pizza, pasta, cookies, and most important-
muesli-a Swiss staple. It seems that's all they eat for breakfast, so I thought I should get some to make my experience as complete as possible. Lucky for me, they had almond milk too. I might have gone a little crazy with my purchases at this store, but I was hungry, especially after carrying it all back to my apartment.
